How does bioidentical hormone therapy effectively combat insomnia?

What’s a bioidentical hormone treatment regimen like?

When we prescribe BHRT to help you with a hormonally-induced sleep problem, we determine your dosage precisely, and we comfortably insert a very small pellet containing the BHRT into a place in your buttock or at the top of your hip area that’s been fully numbed.

An appointment lasts, on average, less than half-an-hour, and you’ll feel the effects of the treatment anywhere from 3 to 10 days afterward. The pellet contains all the hormones you’ll need for the next several months, and releases them gradually.
